Summer opportunities for diverse learners

June 12, 2015

Hello, Friends and colleagues;

My name is Maggie Davidson. I work for an agency, Search, Inc., that provides direct service care for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. I implement the curriculum that is used at our Adult Learning sites. To expand and enhance the educational experiences of the individuals we serve, we offer early evening programs that are inclusive of their peers – 16 years of age and older – from the surrounding communities.

This summer, we will have two classes at our program site in Mount Prospect - a yoga class and a vocational counseling class. We will also be offering a cooking class at our program site in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago.

If you think that any of these programs may be of interest to any of your students/ clients, please see the attached document and/or contact me for more information.

 Thank you for your time,

Maggie Davidson
