What is included in the ticket and is it refundable?
A plated style dinner, one prom favor per attendee. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for this event.
Can I purchase tickets in the Main Office?
No, Tickets will only be sold for a limited time online via Eventbee while quantities last. No cash will be accepted.
May I bring a visitor as my guest?
Yes, however, they must be under the age of 21 at the time of the event. All requested information must be collected at the time of purchase in addition to the Guest Form. A government issued I.D. must be presented at the time of entry to the event or no entry will be granted. High school students can provide a student I.D. NO TEMP IDs WILL BE ALLOWED.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Ticket transfers are permitted and will be honored at the event as there will be an I.D. check. Transfer petitions must be submitted to Ms. Ramirez for approval to guarantee entry to the event.
Can I change the name on the ticket for my guest?
Yes, if you purchased a ticket for a guest, but that guest is no longer able to attend, you can request a name change with Ms. Ramirez before May 4.
Do I need to be in Good Standing to attend Prom?
Yes, at the time of the event you must be in Good Standing. This includes any current Lake View student who is attending as a Senior’s guest. See Senior Contract for details.
Is there a dress code?
It is a formal event. Please dress for the occasion or Dress to Impress!
Will there be parking available at the Hyatt?
Yes, there are a few parking options available including drop off. The Hyatt has valet parking, which students will be able to use at a discounted price. There are also parking garages in the area that can be pre-purchased using applications like Spothero.
