Freshmen Registration

Freshmen Registration dates were hosted in May and June. 

Please note, for any incoming freshmen who was unable to attend registration, a schedule will be created for the first day of school based on course requirements and course availability. 

Freshman Orientation

LVHS Freshmen Orientation
August 20th - 23rd (students & parents/guardians)
Students are strongly encouraged to attend every day of orientation. A parent, guardian, or adult designee must attend orientation with the student on August TBA date.
Please bring the following: 
  1. Pen or Pencil
  2. Emergency contact names and numbers
  3. 9th grade Physical
  4. Fee payment for the amount of $275
*Please note:  Acceptable forms of payment are credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) money orders, cashier’s check or cash.  No personal checks will be accepted.
What to expect:
Orientation for parents/guardians on August 21 date will consist of a welcome by the principal, sessions on school culture, as well as rotating stations that include paying fees, completing required paperwork, and supports offered to ensure your child has a successful transition to Lake View High School.
Orientation on August 20-23rd dates for students will include presentations and activities on college and career readiness, getting involved in sports and clubs at Lake View, team building exercises to cultivate relationships, school tours and scavenger hunts to allow students the opportunity to become familiar with the building, and the opportunity to interact with upperclassman to learn everything there is to be successful at Lake View High School.
