John Talley

John Talley studied English Literature at Eastern Illinois University where he had his personal computer connected to the Internet in 1988. Later he would be introduced to virtual learning environments; tutoring writers online and early natural language processing programs for speaking dictionaries while studying for his Masters in English Literature at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He earned his Masters in Library and Information Science in 2010 from Dominican University concentrating in school libraries, website usability, and the use of technology in education. He currently teaches Media Studies / Digital Design and is the coordinator for Educational Technology and New Media.

When not in front of a class or computer you can find Mr. Talley off the grid,  usually on a two wheeled adventure in a remote location.
