Sheldon C. Krieger

Sheldon Krieger received his M.S.Ed. from University of Pennsylvania in School Leadership, M.A.T. in Teaching of English from Teachers College at Columbia University, and B.S. from New York University in English Education. He is also currently working toward his Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction at Loyola University Chicago, where his research centers on educational experiences of students of color, teacher professional development, and writing instruction. After student teaching in New York City Public Schools, Sheldon began his full-time teaching career in the School District of Philadelphia. In addition to his role as an English teacher, Sheldon also created and directs the "Wildcat Writing Center." When he isn’t teaching or studying, Sheldon enjoys traveling, concerts and creative writing.
