Valerie Wadycki

French Teacher

Ms. Wadycki was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago. She is a product of the Chicago Public School system, graduating from Von Steuben Metro Science Center. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and spent a year abroad in Paris. During this time she also worked as a language assistant at the Lycee Paul Lapie where she gained her first experience in the classroom teaching English to French high schoolers. Ms. Wadycki is a National Board Certified Teacher. Ms. Wadycki is proud to be a Wildcat like her grandfather who attended Lake View many years ago. Ms. Wadycki hopes to pass her enthusiasm for French on to her students this year and in the future. Outside of the classroom Ms. Wadycki enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her husband and Maltese dog.
